Carewise Wellness Solutions help employees adopt healthier lifestyles to maintain good health, prevent illness, and reduce the risk of chronic disease. These programs combine clinical rigor and behavior change techniques with highly personalized care plans and visually appealing materials, providing an employee friendly, yet results-oriented solutions to pre-disease health conditions in the workplace. While available as a standalone solution, Carewise Wellness is part of a fully integrated total population health management program. Wellness can also be bundled with Carewise Eligibility and Enrollment.

Carewise Health is marketed by SHPS, Inc., a provider of integrated health solutions. SHPS has more than 20 years of experience providing telephonic counseling services under its URAC-accredited disease, case, and utilization management programs.
