CareRadius is a suite of third-generation medical management software that pulls participant data from multiple sources into a consolidated workflow, applies clinical-rule sets, and presents participant information in a meaningful way to care teams.

The CareRadius suite integrates three products: CareRadius, CareAffiliate, and CareFind.

• CareRadius. This Web-based application supports eligibility, authorizations, and case and disease management. CareRadius standardizes customer service and delivers a consistent approach to care coordination.
• CareAffiliate. CareAffiliate streamlines communications between providers and health plans through a Web portal, reducing paper, fax, and phone communications. Providers submit secure authorization and referral requests using a single-page form that captures client-defined data. CareAffilitate also provides early identification of case and disease management candidates, integrates participant data, and connects remote providers directly to clinical staff.
• CareFind. This software gives clinical staff the tools they need to identify and stratify participants, targeting those who should be enrolled in disease and case management programs. It integrates e-mail, letter generation, and statistical analysis programs into one data structure to help organizations improve care, identify risk drivers, and realize greater cost savings.
