Your implementation team will follow a proven, disciplined methodology to launch your program. They will thoroughly understand your business objectives, the needs of your population, your organizational culture and which services are best implemented at which times. They will communicate with all your vendor partners to ensure the program works in harmony with services you receive from others.
With an experienced perspective of what problems can occur down the road, they typically prevent the issues that are common with other programs.
With other programs, implementation is typically a function completely separate from initial strategy and ongoing daily operations. It’s viewed as a necessary intermediate step that too often is out of synch with the original vision for the program and inattentive to future operational needs. When the transition from the implementation team to those responsible for daily operations is abrupt and unplanned, clients become frustrated and members are dissatisfied.
At Carewise Health, we believe that a successful program is built on continuity – from program strategy to implementation to day-to-day operations. To ensure a smooth transition, your Client Service Executive is a key player on your implementation team. From the first day, your CSE will be planning, setting goals and learning more about your culture. Your CSE will continue to be your single point of contact and strategic partner, continuously looking for opportunities to evolve your program for optimum results.
Over a period of 90 to 120 days, a dedicated implementation team will attentively manage every detail. After launch, this team will continue to monitor your progress through several business cycles to ensure your transition is a smooth one.
